4 Year Anniversary Pictures & a Merry Christmas

This is the first year we didn’t get professional anniversary pictures taken and not for lack of trying. We celebrated FOUR years of marriage in September and after failed attempt after failed attempt we just decided to make our annual virtual Christmas card shoot our anniversary one as well. We took these at the mill located near our home and we actually took some pictures here for fun a few years ago. I’m a lot more pale than our average anniversary pictures but overall I am just grateful for these two and my sweet momma for helping us get these pictures done. As a last minute kind of thing I think they turned out great and we snapped these super fast because it was absolutely FREEZING. Also, a big round of applause for Murphy for being a complete angel. If you hadn’t noticed our world kind of revolves around this little nug. My dad keeps commenting on how spoiled he is and I would have to agree. I hope you all had a Merry Christmas.  This year more than ever I focused on the true meaning of Christmas. I am so grateful for my savior, my two boys and my family. Blessed is an understatement.

Happy Fridayyyy! This whole week has been so relaxing, sleeping in and hanging out with my family and I don’t want it to end. I haven’t done this post in a while but here’s my favorite things right now.

Eat this: UNO’S Rattlesnake Pasta

We have taken several 45 minute drives to UNO’s because this is my absolute favorite thing ever. I frequently look at this picture on my phone haha.  If you live near an UNO’s you have to try it.

Read This: Get Happy

I just got this book and I LOVE it. It lists all these things to do to be happy and why they make you happy. It has so many things I never thought of. It also has all these amazing quotes and it is such a positive book. It’s small and easy to tote around with you to read anywhere and it was $1o on Amazon. I have a whole list of books I want to read on my phone and I can’t wait to share more of them with you all!

Watch This: Parks & Rec

We are definitely late to this party but it is too good. We haven’t finished the series yet because I do not want it to end. Tom is hands down one of my favorite characters ever which is why I saved this text from Lyle. I also watched all the Jim Gaffigan specials on Netflix and he is hilarious too. I love that he is a pretty clean comedian too.

Obsess over: Prince Harry & Meghan Markle

Aaron & Lauren Paul, Ansel Elgort & his gf Violetta and now we can add Prince Harry & Meghan Markle to the list of couples I am so in love with. Can we just take a moment and admire this absolutely perfect couple? I have been in love with Prince Harry for as long as I can remember…my mom used to send me texts about him. If it wasn’t going to be us in the end I am pretty happy about these two and have loved reading every little detail about my new favorite couple.

Ok this is kind of irrelevant but I just wanted to show you guys the cutest picture ever. This is my exact Christmas wish, a frenchie with a bow. This whole picture is what I was hoping would be under my tree this year. I am pretty sure I have asked for a puppy for Christmas every year since I was born.
