Acadia National Park has been high on my list ever since I knew we were moving back East! One of my favorite things about living in Utah was having so many amazing ones so close. The water here looks like its from an exotic beach. No exaggeration on how blue the water was. The whole place was like Oregon meets the Carribean. We first drove the Shore Path (I think that was the name) and we got out and walked along all the rocks for some amazing views.
How perfect is this house?! Or maybe it’s a Hotel…who knows.
This was at the top of Cadillac Mountain where you can go to watch the sunrise in the morning. It was unbelievably windy the day we went.
This lighthouse is in Portland. I LOVED Portland, right now I am solely going off that for the amazing food we ate there. I will talk about all that later though. But rest assured, I am still dreaming about that lobster.
The Salem Witch Museum was really cool! A friend of mine also went this year and said she didn’t know what the hype was about but I thought it was so cool…especially since it’s based off real events and has inspired books and movies. Lyle thought it would be another “boring museum” haha but it wasn’t. I wouldn’t say it was the coolest thing we saw on this trip but if you are interested in history or the witch trials it’s something really cool. I guess I was just easy to please because I liked it!
