Lately we have a routine going on over here with work, Murphy and working out. It’s been pretty exhausting trying to do two a days and working. Murphy and I get up at 6:30 everyday and run two miles and then I head to work. After work I usually take a nap (because try having 22 6 year olds everyday) and then go running and work out again. I’ve been working out so much because we love eating here, everything is so amazing! This past week I sat down and reevaluated my work outs. I have been getting bored and need to find new ways to have energy and be motivated. I tried the whole drink a gallon everyday thing because lately, most days I barely drink a glass. The benefits are supposed to be awesome. I also decided that a pre workout was necessary and to only eat treats on our city dates. Getting motivation to workout only takes about 5 minutes when you search through all the fitness babes on Pinterest and Instagram and realize how unreal those bods are. Last thing I needed to “get motivated” was a couple new workout clothes. Having 2 sports bras and working out twice daily wasn’t really cuttin it.
